In this session, Rolesta will assist in strengthening, healing, & maintaining balance and awareness of mind, body, and spirit. Provides invaluable guidance through corrective body positioning of exercises and form, while avoiding potential injuries. Refueling the body intentionally through spoken words, exercise, and mindfulness results in an overall better quality of life.
